Lead Coaches: Monday 3:30-7:00pm and Thursday 3:00-5:30

We're looking Lead Coaches to lead Tumble Together (parent tot), Preschool classes, and Elementary aged classes. We have small ratios (1:7 and 1:6), clear and engaging lesson plans, and our goal is for our coaches and kiddos to be successful each class. Lead Coaches have gymnastics experience and ideally have previous coaching experience. Coaches guide students through warm up, three circuits (floor, beam, and bars), and Tumbl Trak.

Responsibilities

• Coach and demonstrate skills detailed in each weekly lesson plan

• Class management including enforcing safety rules

• Provide positive feedback to help students grow both skills and confidence

• Engage with parents to discuss their child's development and address any concerns

• Be playful and silly while keeping students on track

Qualifications

• Gymnastics experience required

• Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage and motivate children

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate well with parents and children

Coaches are required to pass a background check.

Assistant and Junior Lead Coaches: $19-$23/hr
Experienced Lead Coaches: $24-$27/hr
