Birthday Party Magic Makers (currently hiring)
Birthday Party Magic Makers are responsible for setting up, leading, and tearing down birthday parties on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Birthday parties are booked at a maximum ratio of 10:1. Magic Makers set up the party room, collect waivers for all participants, ensure safety rules are followed by all children and adults, lead age-appropriate activities, clean up and tear down the party room, and provide an exemplary level of customer service overall.
Qualifications
Experience working with children
Ability to engage and motivate children
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate well with parents and children
Gymnastics experience not required but preferred
Magic Makers are required to pass a background check.
Starting: $19-$23/hr
Lead Coaches (not currently hiring)
Lead Coaches lead Tumble Together (parent tot), Preschool classes, and Elementary aged classes. We have small ratios (1:7 and 1:6), clear and engaging lesson plans, and our goal is for our coaches and kiddos to be successful each class. Lead Coaches have gymnastics experience and ideally have previous coaching experience. Coaches guide students through warm up, three circuits (floor, beam, and bars), and Tumbl Trak.

Responsibilities
Coach and demonstrate skills detailed in each weekly lesson plan
Class management including enforcing safety rules
Provide positive feedback to help students grow both skills and confidence
Engage with parents to discuss their child's development and address any concerns
Be playful and silly while keeping students on track
Qualifications
Gymnastics experience required
Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage and motivate children
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate well with parents and children
Coaches are required to pass a background check.
Assistant and Junior Lead Coaches: $19-$23/hr
Experienced Lead Coaches: $24-$27/hr
