Gymnastics for Ages 0-12

Classes Start June 3rd in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood!

Childhood is the time for kids to explore different interests, grow confidence, and build skills for life. Twist and Tumble is a non-competitive, safe, and supportive environment where kids build self esteem through the joy and challenge of gymnastics.

Our Philosophy

Let’s Tumble!

Recreational gymnastics classes for children ages 0-12, open gym and parties in a joyful, supportive, safe, and clean environment. Twist and Tumble classes feature the highest quality coaching and detailed lesson plans that emphasize safe and fun gymnastics progressions.

  • This is the class all about meeting other caregivers and their little ones. Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, nannies, and other trusted adults are welcome! Your tiniest kiddo is learning about the world around them and also their own bodies: reaching, grasping, rocking, rolling, pushing up and making those first strides toward crawling and walking are all more fun in the gym with friends!

  • Classes for the tiniest gymnasts and their trusted adults. Learn to run, jump, climb, and explore while building gross and fine motor skills.

  • Your kiddo’s first independent class. In addition to learning gymnastics basics, Tiny Tumblers are also learning how to take direction and be a part of a group. Taking turns, asking for help, encouraging others, and overcoming fears are all skills that Tiny Tumblers are working on.

  • Tiny Twisters begin mastering their gymnastics basics while becoming confident members of their class. Tiny Twisters work on jumps, rolls, building lateral movement, swinging, handstands, and different walking passes on the balance beam. They also practice waiting their turn, working independently at a station, following an obstacle course, asking for help, and cheering for others.

  • Twisters are beginner gymnasts learning rolls, handstands, and cartwheels. Twisters build self-esteem, coordination, strength, and flexibility while learning skills on floor, balance beam, bars, vault, and trampoline.

  • Twisters II students have learned Twisters I skills and are ready to learn more of the fundamentals of gymnastics such as backbend kickovers, levers and side handstands on beam, and back hip circles on bars.

  • Gymnasts learn back handsprings, kips on bars, front handsprings on vault, and take their cartwheels to the beam.

  • 90 minute fun-packed parties for up to 15 guests. Enjoy 60 minutes of time in the gym, with coaches facilitating obstacle courses, games, trampoline, and open gym time, and 30 minutes for cake and presents.

  • Open gyms provide a safe, climate controlled, and family-oriented activity for young children to explore, interact with their peers, and build coordination and strength. Open gyms also serve the purpose of connecting caregivers of young children and building community. All children must be accompanied by a caregiver on the floor during open gym.
